Fastwarm® Multi Zone Crate Water Kits are designed for multiple zones and whole home applications such as new builds or whole home renovations using Fastwarm Eggcrate Allowing for individual room control using multiple thermostats for each system to set different temperatures and times accordingly.
For ease of install each kit is supplied with enough Fastwarm Egg Crate to cover the floor area of the kit. These provide a grid for laying your Fastwarm pipework in any configuration such as counterflow, spiral and serpentine with each nib at a uniform 50mm spacing
Each system is designed based on 20m2 per zone and one controller per zone.

These Mulit zone water underfloor heating kits are designed to cover the m2 in pipework when spaced at 200mm spacings NB. Pipe is not provided to get to and back from the heat source.

- Select a suitable location for the pump & manifold unit and mount on the wall.
- Lay Egg Crate across the floor above the PIR Insulation. Fit pipework as planned ensuring that even spacing are continued across the floor.
- To lay the circuit, cut the pipe end squarely using the plastic pipe cutter, re-round the pipe end with the tool provided, place the nut over the pipe, ensure the olive and insert is fully fitted over the end of the pipe and the assembly is attached to the manifold. Tighten the nut using an open end spanner. Do not over tighten.
- Prevent people from walking on the pipes, keep tools etc away from the pipes and use running boards. The pipe is very tough, but it is better to be safe than sorry.
- It is IMPORTANT that the underfloor heating system is properly filled with water (use a garden hose) and purged completely of air to ensure correct operation, .
- IT IS NOT ADEQUATE TO FILL THE SYSTEM USING THE BOILER FILLING LOOP!

Delivery cut off times
Our daily cut-off time for dispatch is 4:30pm Monday–Thursday and 4:00pm on Fridays. Orders placed before the cut-off time will be dispatched for next working day delivery (if this option is selected). Orders placed after 4:00pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

PRE-10:30AM and Saturday Delivery services are available, but orders must be placed before the relevant cut-off times.
NOTE: All orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday (unless its a bank holiday), unless a Saturday Delivery service is selected and paid for before the 4:00pm Friday cut-off.
Delivery outside the UK
Delivery outside mainland UK may be arranged by prior agreement. You will be advised of the delivery charge before dispatch, at which point you can decide whether you wish to proceed with your order.
Important: Our deliveries rely on third party couriers, so, whilst we make every effort to deliver your order on the specified date and time, unfortunately there may be occasions when this will not be possible due to external influences. Due to this we strongly recommend you ensure you have received your order before any tradespeople/builders are scheduled to commence work.
