Fastwarm® Single Zone FastTile+ Water Underfloor Heating Kits are designed for ultra low profile retro fit installations in one Zone (area) and come with only one thermostatic controller. Meaning regardless of how big the area/how many rooms, the system will act as one and be controlled as one zone. For multiple room or zone control, please refer to the Fastwarm® Multi Zone systems.
Fastwarm® FastTile+ is an 200kpA XPS which is a super dense extruded polystyrene which then has a 200micron aluminium diffuser plate fixed using heat resistive glue. Making Fastwarm® FastTile+ the most popular choice for installers and home-owners due to their versatility and multi-purpose application.
Fastwarm® FastTile+ Panel is approved by ULTRA Tile for use with S1 tile adhesive and MSP Primer, meaning tiles can be applied DIRECTLY to the panel. So, no need for levelling compounds or additional fixings prior to installing tiles.
Fastwarm® Single Zone FastTile+ Water Underfloor heating systems are the homeowner and installers perfect choice as each kits comes complete with everything you need in a box with a multiple of different choice of thermostat control. Systems come with an easy-to-follow installation guide and all pipework comes with lifetime (50yr) guarantee. FastWarm® also has a fully qualified technical support team available for on-site queries.
These Single zone water underfloor heating kits are designed to cover the m2 in pipework when spaced at 150mm spacings NB. Pipe is not provided to get to and from from the heat source.
FastWarm® Water Kits include FastWarm® branded products, from pipework, pump, thermostats, manifolds etc as to ensure that seal of quality and approval and reassure the lifetime guarantee that comes with FastWarm® systems. There are many similar systems on the market that are simply unbranded or OEM parts.

- Ensure subfloor that the system is being laid to is structurally sound and ready to accommodate the FastTile+ system.
- Clear floors of dust and debris and prepare the floor using a suitable primer. We recommend Ultra Prime IT MSP
- Allow primer to dry prior to adhering FastTile+ panel to the subfloor. Using a Cementous based flexibleS1 adhesive (Ultra Proflex SP) begin bonding FastTile+ boards to the subfloor using 8mm to 10mm square notch trowel.
- Install boards in a brick bond application above adhesive Compress FastTile+ board onto bed of adhesive for full adhesion which will create a 4mm to 5mm full bed of adhesive beneath panels, creating a flat and level surface.
- Using a screw and washer mechanically fix FastTile+ board to timber subfloor, it is advised to use 5 fixings per 1m2 and leaving a 30mm perimeter around edge of boards.
- Lay underfloor heating pipe into grooved channels and prime panels ready to accept floor covering.
- Material Composition:
- The insulation board is constructed from high-density, closed-cell extruded polystyrene (XPS) foam, ensuring excellent thermal insulation properties. The top surface features a durable, cementitious coating to provide a solid base for tile or floor levelling.

Delivery cut off times
Our final delivery time for Mondays to Thursday is 4:30pm. To give us a bit more time to ensure weekend deliveries are handled and our couriers have time to collect, the final delivery time on Fridays is 4:00pm.

Pre 10:30am and Saturday delivery services are available on orders placed before 4:30pm. Any order placed before 4:30pm on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday (unless its a bank holiday) so please select a Saturday service if a weekend delivery is required.
Delivery outside the UK
Delivery outside the mainland UK may be arranged by prior agreement. You will be notified of the amount of the charge for this service and will at that point have to make a decision whether you wish to proceed wth your order.
Important: Our deliveries rely on third party couriers, so, whilst we make every effort to deliver your order on the specified date and time, unfortunately there may be occasions when this will not be possible due to external influences. Due to this we strongly recommend you ensure you have received your order before any tradespeople/builders are scheduled to commence work.
