Fastwarm™ FastTile+ is a high-compressive strength 200 kPa XPS insulation board specifically engineered for low-profile underfloor heating systems. It features durable cement coatings on both faces, making it ideal for direct tiling or application of floor leveller. Once levelled or tiled, it supports all common floor coverings.
The board measures 1200mm x 600mm x 20mm and comes pre-grooved at 150mm pipe spacing. These grooves are precision-cut to accommodate Fastwarm 16mm underfloor heating pipes, offering an efficient layout with quick, accurate installation and optimal heat output.

This board offers a premium all-in-one solution for solid, low-profile installations, making it ideal for renovation or new build projects where efficiency and durability are key.
- Ensure subfloor that the system is being laid to is structurally sound and ready to accommodate the FastTile+ system.
- Clear floors of dust and debris and prepare the floor using a suitable primer. We recommend Ultra Prime IT MSP
- Allow primer to dry prior to adhering FastTile+ panel to the subfloor. Using a Cementous based flexibleS1 adhesive (Ultra Proflex SP) begin bonding FastTile+ boards to the subfloor using 8mm to 10mm square notch trowel.
- Install boards in a brick bond application above adhesive Compress FastTile+ board onto bed of adhesive for full adhesion which will create a 4mm to 5mm full bed of adhesive beneath panels, creating a flat and level surface.
- Using a screw and washer mechanically fix FastTile+ board to timber subfloor, it is advised to use 5 fixings per 1m2 and leaving a 30mm perimeter around edge of boards.
- Lay underfloor heating pipe into grooved channels and prime panels ready to accept floor covering.

Delivery cut off times
Our daily cut-off time for dispatch is 4:30pm Monday–Thursday and 4:00pm on Fridays. Orders placed before the cut-off time will be dispatched for next working day delivery (if this option is selected). Orders placed after 4:00pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Other Delivery Options
PRE-10:30AM and Saturday Delivery services are available, but orders must be placed before the relevant cut-off times.
NOTE: All orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday (unless its a bank holiday), unless a Saturday Delivery service is selected and paid for before the 4:00pm Friday cut-off.
Delivery outside the UK
Delivery outside mainland UK may be arranged by prior agreement. You will be advised of the delivery charge before dispatch, at which point you can decide whether you wish to proceed with your order.
Important: Our deliveries rely on third party couriers, so, whilst we make every effort to deliver your order on the specified date and time, unfortunately there may be occasions when this will not be possible due to external influences. Due to this we strongly recommend you ensure you have received your order before any tradespeople/builders are scheduled to commence work.
